How did her 4 year old pick up a 45 and aim at at her, and even be able to pull the trigger?

Ok, seriously now. I'm not against guns whatsoever, I love to go to gun ranges and have a good time every now and then, but who teaches their four year old to shoot, then leaves a gun next to them?
