How can you get exotic weapons without DLCs
Hey so I have the game without DLCs I was wondering if there are ways to get exotic weapons and how do I go about doing that

5 RepliesYou probably can buy legacy engrams from Xûr. I think they drop at lower light and for lvl 20. I'm not sure though.

For pve, youre really forced to get the taken king. Save your money and get The Division while we wait for year 3 destiny

3 RepliesYou can get them as drops or from engrams, but you'll have to be level 40 in order to use them. You can only get to 40 with the Taken King.
