Name games only HARDCORE GAMERS play and why
I will start.
1. Street Fighter. Just straight up old school arcade 1v1 action that lets you reminisce of the glory days of arcades. No items, no stage hazards, no finishers, no singleplayer because playing computers is silly and worthless to EVO training, just BARE BONES COMPETITIVE GOODNESS. Lmao MK is for children who likes blood and boobs. Japan makes the best and most hardcore games.
2. Counter-Strike. The most hardcore shooter of all time. Halo pales in comparison. Streaming this game on Twitch gets you instant gamer cred. Especially if you wasted hundreds of dollars for your virtual knife to show off, which is bind to a key that lets you literally inspect it and question what you've just done. Once again, no singleplayer because its worthless to e-sports.
3. Dark Souls. It's so hard. Did I tell you hard how it is? Let me remind you how hard it is.

9 RepliesDark Souls is nothing. If you have access to a PS3 and Game Stop, you must find and play Demon's Souls. It makes Dark Souls look like Minecraft. There is nothing like one death to halve your max health until you defeat a boss or another player to make things very interesting. That and their is a weight limit on the reserve items you carry so don't be expecting to carry all that loot you just found. Odds are it will weigh too much and you will choose between that nice new weapon or chest piece when it comes to lightening the item burden.

Ninja gaiden anything but 2 master ninja will hand your taint to you Persona 3/4 expert mode super long story lots of tedious grinding and dungeons that make you wanna snap your console in half late game. Mind you theres a few cheese methods so don't use those. I should mention if you haven't played the series super deep learning curve depending on turned based rpg experience Metal gear solid 3 european mode ive been fortunate to beat it after around 150 other completions and learning the game inside out with no guides. One of my shining gaming triumphs

ARK (on official servers) If not on official, people generally make the game casual by changing the settings. If casual on official, you go nowhere slowly.

What is a hard core gamer? Every time I hear that it makes me think of some 35 year old loser with no life. I know that's a stereo type but you know, what do you think of when you hear someone refer themselves as or others as one. Just a thought. Sounds pathetic to me.
