Is anybody else noticing snipers not having the glint

I have been getting sniped alot more frequently by snipers and never seeing the red glint at least on the first shot. I dont know if it is only me or if any one else is experiencing this to.

I heard the still piercer glitches sometimes...don't know if they fixed it...n this is just what I heard from someone...haven't confirmed this myself
