Is anybody else noticing snipers not having the glint

I have been getting sniped alot more frequently by snipers and never seeing the red glint at least on the first shot. I dont know if it is only me or if any one else is experiencing this to.

Yep!! I do confirm it happened to myself few times. Even with grenades, do not see them throwing it sometimes!!
