14 RepliesOkay, obviously each character has a ridiculously strong class. And yes, if you are playing pvp and they get you with that strong class, you'll get mad. I understand. It happens to me and everyone else (especially during Iron Banner.) But everyone has the chance to use that class. And I've seen forum upon forum saying to weaken these classes. But if they weaken one, they must weaken them all. Titan has sunbreaker class Warlock has sunsinger class Hunter has bladedancer class

All that needs to be done is to reduce the range and damage to match Arcbolts, then make the burn do less damage and run out quicker.

1 ReplyNo NERFS !!! Stop asking for PVP NERFS ! Every character type and classes can be OP in the hands of the right player... And in PVP you will get killed, it's part of the deal... For PVE sun singers have been the savior so many times it isn't even funny... Just say no to nurfs ! And as a suggestion, you can always create one !

I don't even usually use my sunsinger because the stormcaller rules pvp.... But Keep crying about the class that hasn't been touched since day one so they don't mess with my stormcaller !!!

6 RepliesThe fact that most people voted for IDC shows sunsinger is fine. If anything buff the song of flame. Make it so Song of Flame not only reduces the grenade and melee cooldown of your allies, but also enhances your allies' supers when Song of Flame is active. Arc Blade: Increases duration and damage HoS: Grants a solar aura that damages and reduces enemy armor in close range Nova Bomb: Grants an increased armor while casting and negates self damage WoD: Increases the size of Ward of Dawn FoH: Grants an overshield after casting Fist of Havoc, also increased sprint speed and agility for 5 seconds for a quick retreat GG: Increased damage and kills leave a pool of fire that damages enemies Shadowshot: Reduce the delay for tether and further reduces enemy defences while tethered Stormcallers: No longer chains lightning, instead, shoots bolts of lightning that stuns enemies As a sunsinger in radiance w/ Song of Flame: Allows you to pick up orbs of light to extend your own super, resets the ability to create orbs after picking up 7 orbs. If not the perk, then at least give us an armor that does this. Also this is for PvE, in PvP Song of Flame will work as is currently.

3 Replieswhat needs to change is if an elimination round is over, self-res does not alter the results, so in order to self-res and continue playing you must have at least one teammate alive.... when a team of 3 is down, the round should end as it is... i do it all the time when i play as a warlock too just because i can, but it's still unfair in my opinion... another possible nerf should be that if Radiance is activated from beyond the grave, its active time should be halved... other than those two no other abilities should be changed... Sunsingers really arent that OP compared to what other classes can do, other than Self-Res when a round should already be over

7 RepliesThey shouldn't nerf it at all. Sun-signer has nothing else. Only a grenade and melee. The super is just a enhanced version of its only abilities. But if they want to get rid of it............ I'll take a sunsigner version of the stormcaller , I would definitely like to shoot fire and fireballs from my hands that would be awesome.

In whole of year one, no one complained. Now that the Titan Sunbreaker class got nerfed after a long month of whining for nothing, they take the aim at sunsingers for nothing (i wonder what comes after this haha) Now all of the sudden Sunsingers are OP, but how many times did the sunsinger saved others their sorry @sses in the raid? A lot! Second of all, Sunsinger doesnt need any nerf, just like Mida multi too this Class is overused lateley. But our melee and so called OP grenades (i use the solar flares fyi) is compensated for our lack of a really offensive super. All classes (except the Defender) have a seek and destroy super with the push of 2 buttons, sunsingers have to activate their supers, and immediately you are a big target and spottable for enemies, throwing grenades requires really good aim and you can see a sunsinger coming from miles away. How is this OP? And dont mention getting killed by a self rezzer, its your fault if you stick close to a self rezzing orb after you killed a warlock. (Pro tip, when i kill a warlock in trials, i stay 10 meters away and have my aim close to that orb) Last but not least, everything is debate-able and their are a million of different views and oppinions on this. but the problem is solved if they patched pve and pvp separately. Because all the whining and begging for nerfing is all because of crucible activities, but in pve all the nerfs hit twice as hard. And eventually you will end up using a bladedancer super on 1 captain.. jeez i wonder why that is? NO NERF needed, period.
