Ok,
The 1 Thousand Yard Stare is not overpowered. It seems overpowered as many more people have started sniping since TTK and the nerfs to blink and shotgunning.
Since it is the only 17/31 sniper with good scope, everyone uses it.
Now if everyone is using it, that means you'll be killed by it a lot. Which then leads you to believe it is overpowered. Just stay out of sight lines and you'll be fine, and if you get close range quick scoped or no scoped, bad luck.
Not sure if you think this is true, but aim assist on secondary weapons does not bend bullets as it does on primaries, it simply slows down the reticule when it is aimed at an enemies head/body.

It's more than that. As said majority of people have it, a majority nail me with it constantly. It needs to be nerfed or eliminated. Easy as that. End of story.

Agree dude I agree with you there to reason why people get body shot is been damage by someone else then the sniper finish then off, 2 these guys don't play pvp as much as we do and they need to spend a bit more time in pvp and see these guys that say this weapon is OP and gets it nerf they ruin the game as they can't use it just practice guys that all yous need to do is practice, I suck at snipeing and hand cannon now I'm good because I practice alot I'm nit the best but I'm better then before I was sorry guys for being a duck but it's the truth
