So my friends thought it would be a good idea to get into an MMO, but I was wondering if you guys could recommend me a good one that has no payed membership of any sort. It doesn't matter if I have to buy the game or if it's free to play.
So, what are your recommendations?
Thanks for all the responses, guys. There are many MMOs that were mentioned that I will definitely have to try out :)
So far I'm thinking about doing WildStar(now that it's free), Guild Wars 2, and Warframe on the Xbox One.

War frame I loved it! It's very original with loads of missions. It's very fun there's a ton of war frames ( Classes) that will likely fit one of your gameplay styles

2 RepliesSurprised nobody has said it. Warframe, it's a blast to play with a friend and the community is rather lively. If you're looking for a traditional MMO, it's doesn't really fit though, it's more of a lobby based shooter, but, really fun.

1 ReplyGuild Wars 2 is one of if not the best MMO that I've ever played. Huge World with personal stories that vary depending on your race and choices you make. Good selection of classes that don't lock you completely into a Healer, DPS, or Tank role. Plenty of abilities that are based on the type of weapon you're using and your class. Truly amazing World vs World PvP. All around just a great game.

1 ReplyEdited by Kankunation: 1/27/2016 6:20:45 PMGuild wars 2 is pretty fun. Good pvp as well. The best F2P mmo I've played is called Aion. A bit old, but I believe the servers are still alive. It has a really fun (though limited) flight mechanic, and good class structure.
