Do a test and you will see game does look at activity and time a little bit. I pseudo tested doing nothing bs. Trying and noticed a statistical trend for trying giving rewards more often(although no real effect on quality).

Agreed. [b]How[/b] is "either hiding and doing nothing" or "not contributing any kills" appropriate. This "reward system" is leaning towards giving gear AND legendary to [i]the least work or effort[/i] when in a TEAMWORK game mode. -smh
