Black screen is a sign of a corrupt cache memory probably from leaving your game / system in a low power standby state. Perform a cache reset hard reset on your console and that should resolve it

  • To do a hard cache reset: 1) Walk up to console while it is on 2) Press and HOLD power button for >20 seconds (even after it turns off) 3) Unplug console for >2 minutes 4) While unplugged, hold down power for >20 seconds again 5) Plug console back in 6) Power up and enjoy fixed problem

  • I'm kind of confused, do you mean unplug all the plugs, or just a specific one? The reason why I'm asking is because, I have 2 different plugs. One of them is my HDMI and the other one.

Unplug your POWER cable, not HDMI/CAT/etc.
