8 RepliesNot trolling here, but when was this ever a great game? Yes, it could have been as the concept which was pitched to us from the get go was awesome and the potential was sky high, but we all have read how things fell apart over at Bungie. The game we have is a hollow shell of what could have been. The only reason so many people stuck around was because they like me, had bought the base game with the two DLC's included. Many of us actually believed them when they said TTK would show us that they had learned from their year one mistakes, again more empty promises. So please tell me how this was a great game, as I just don't see it as such.

Made my day with this one xD

Edited by SaleenSR: 12/19/2015 8:08:17 AMI'm still trying to figure out how they took a Playstation bribe, but wound up with a larger Xbox player base... This is even with Xbox having around half of Playstations unit sales in 8th gen.

1 ReplyEdited by MatrixasISeeFit: 12/18/2015 1:50:43 PMThe sad thing is it's also "HOW TO PRINT MONEY IN THE VIDEO GAME BUSINESS 101" as well. I know many people tolerate pay-to-progress mobile game tactics, but I absolutely hate it. I guess you could also add "HOW TO EXPLOIT RIDICULOUS DELUSIONAL FANBOYS 101" ALSO.

7 RepliesThe only thing wrong with this game is the pessimistic community that wasn't given every reward on easy mode. If you don't like RNG based games, go away. If you don't like Destiny, go find another game. If you are a twelve year old CoD player, go play CoD. Just because it isn't the game you would like it to be, doesn't make it bad. Video games is an art, it's another way to express an idea, just like music. If you don't like country music but you do like rap music, there isn't anything wrong with Country music, you would just prefer to listen to rap music. Complaining about Country music isn't going to get them to change anything. All you can do is just not listen to it. This community is just a combination of people who are afraid of change, and fools that will follow those afraid because they don't have an opinion of their own. The problem with Destiny is the community that continues to hate on Destiny with no goal other than to continually brutalize and destroy it. Instead of Harding on it, the community should just move on. This isn't their game (WE HAVE HEARD IT LOUD AND CLEAR THAT SOME PEOPLE DONT LIKE DESTINY'S STYLE OF GAME). Now go find the game you like, and play it. Just ignore what you don't like. Don't ruin it for the people who do like it. The only thing wrong with Destiny, is the pessimistic community that has gained a following.

The only problem with the game is the people in this community. They are the ones messing up the game, not bungie.

1 ReplyEdited by Dyno: 12/18/2015 2:20:33 AMWelcome to Wall Streets vision for the future of gaming business models. It's the industry standard. I feel this way about the industry as a whole. It's no longer about a bunch of likeminded people that love video games, and more about squeezing out maximum profits with the least amount of capital investment. This is the unfortunate direction all the big studios are going not just this one. It's a bummer for sure.
