No loot from hard mode Kingsfall raid

I'm really disappointed after spending so much time towards war priest and finally beating him I got NOTHING... Could this be because my inventory was full and if so why would the items not go to the post master? If anyone from bungie reads this please help me!

Loot isn't guaranteed on hard mode only at oryx checkpoint it is
