If they were to bring that back, it would bring back all the elitism that came from raiders who refused anyone who didn't have it. While it is a great weapon and a wonderful addition to things that should be Year 2, I think they should make the Wolfpack Rounds a perk something that must be chosen from a tree of two or three. The other two perks could perhaps be other potent perks such as Horseshoes and Hand Grenades and so on. Similarly, the Wolfpack Rounds would have to remain weakened as they were when the Year 2 patch came out. The WP Rounds were and still are incredibly potent against groups of enemies and single large foes, and thus if Bungie brought it to Year 2, they would need to be very careful to not unbalance the game again.
