Best way to rank up your faction
Is there any best way as it seems ridiculously long to level up a faction

Do bounties (daily and weekly) and Nightfalls on all characters. Also do public events. Use coins to buy heavy ammo synths from Xur. Put all motes and synths into faction.

Use the public event tracker. Can easily make 6-12 motes per 10-20 mins which if done for a few hours = a rank
