Or in Bungie's parlance, the moment for the Supercell has arrived. Edit: to the guys still replying to this, you can stop now. Seems autos received a 0.04% buff which as everyone has had the chance to verify amounts to nothing except in the brilliant mind of Mr. Jon W., our local weapons balance master that seems to have some issues with basic math. So yeah, learned my lesson (which I should have already after the 2.5% nerf to autos that turned into 15% for some), and the lesson is when Bungie throws numbers and charts, and this time even a spreadsheet, disregard everything because it seems that the guys that make those and the guys that actually code the changes don't talk to each other. Instead wait for the actual patch to see what was really done.
