30 min ban on Iron Banner
I propose a 30 minute on those playing Iron Banner that:
1) leave a match prematurely
2) Get 4 kills or less dragging their entire team down.
That last one is controversial, however this is competitive PvP - don't play IB if your going to hinder your team.

Played with a guy who went 1 - 16 and he got the hand canon as a reward. That should never, ever happen.
