How can you talk to Bungie customer service?

Is there a phone number or email address to speak with Bungie customer service? Before its suggested...submitting forms doesn't work as they don't acknowledge you have sent them let alone answer the problems submitted. Sony are going to sort out my silver issue but they need a case ref from Bungie hence the need to get in contact with them.

  • I bought a lot of stuff from Bungie but I'm not really satisfied with all my purchases but I was wondering since I have 2 accounts one with all the SRL shaders and one with random stuff so I was thinking if I could transfer the shaders from account one to my account with random stuff is there anyone that's possible I know all the info for both accounts if that helps

  • Hello, the forums are the best way to get help as Bungie do not have a customer service number or email. From a post below you state you're trying to get a Refund on purchased silver? Unfortunately Bungie do not refund silver at all. Once you have purchased silver it is final. https://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Troubleshoot?oid=13662 Bungie will not give a reference number for this even if PlayStation are willing to refund your transaction it is not in Bungies policy to do so.

    • There isn't a number or email address for Bungie. Your best bet is the forums. In regards to Silver purchases, you pay for silver from the PS store (in your case). Any conversations need to be addressed solely with them.

      • So your going about it the proper way. Since the silver transactions are through psn/live, they are technically the retailer. I don't know why they would need a ref. number. Most likely it's a process that is universal with micro transactions with all digital retailers. Unfortunately the forums and the forms are the ONLY customer service I know of for bungie. If I were you, I'd contact Sony again and ask to speak to a supervisor. Tell them exactly what happened and that bungie doesn't have a customer support like Sony does. They should refund you
