I am creating this thread for those guardians who have the time and patience to go through Raids with other guardians that are in need of help. Just remember the more people that we can help accomplish there objectives the more people there will be to help others down the road.. Traits of guardians who post in this thread should be... *1. PATIENCE (Understand that sometimes shit happens in raids and if you have completed the raid before you should understand that more than anyone else.) *2. RESPECT (We all know that one guy that flips out every time someone dies or just calls someone out every time by doing this you are causing more stress and causing more room for said person to possibly make a mistake again, Instead just critique them and find out if they are more comfortable with a different role.) *3. OPTIMISM (Don't automatically assume that because you have a few failed attempts with your particular fire team that the raid will never be completed like #2. & #1 Patience and Respect can go a long way and help finish the raid faster.) *4. LEADERS NOT BOSSES (If you have a lot of experience with the raid do not boss people around instead lead them on the right path and help them correct mistakes, nobody likes a bossy person.)
