Gimme a year 2 pre nerf Ram and i wouldn't care

1 ReplyWatch this ^ Golden gun and Shadowshot should kill a Sunbreaker in one shot, though without nerfing Sunbreaker's armour.

3 RepliesCan a hammer one hit kill a golden gun? If it can than a golden gun should one hit a hammer. Just sayin.......

Aim for the head

Lose half the startup armor and all is right

1 ReplyI think what they need to do is give the golden gun a critical hit buff for both pve and pvp instead of tweaking the base damage of it. Then gunslingers can be rewarded for being accurate with their shots by getting to OHK other supers with damage reduction. It would match the spirit of being called a gunslinger plus make gunslinger a more viable option for pve by being generally more effective against majors or bosses. That's my two cents on it anyway and I main a warlock.

Yes, if the Titan is running anything less than Max armor build. No, if the Titan is Max armor with a chest armor that give the "solar armor" bonus.
-
3 RepliesI only have one question. Does a direct hit from a Nightstalkers bow kill a Hammer Of Sol, or merely wound and negate the super? If the Nightstalkers bow kills a full health HoS, then so should GG which means GG needs a buff to damage. If the bow does NOT kill on a direct impact, then the that super needs some serious armor reduction as both GG and Bow are OHK on every other class super.

1 ReplyEdited by Erijian: 11/6/2015 4:44:02 PMGolden Gun is a glass-cannon roaming Super, so I think it's justified for it to be able to kill other roaming supers in one-shot. It doesn't have any damage reduction (Except during the activation animation) and provides no ways to regenerate Health during it other than sitting out of the fight and letting your Recovery stat kick in. I'm not in support of Golden Gun getting a damage buff, though, I'm in support of Hammer of Sol losing 5% damage reduction (bringing it down to 50%) so it's in-line with the other tanky roaming Supers.

8 RepliesEdited by Wargig: 11/6/2015 4:46:20 PMThe Titan in question must max his armor and use a armor boost solar spec chest. Any titan without the chest or without max armor is a one shot. Anyone else the nighthawk will take care of. =p

Simple solution using simple logic. Sunbreaker is biggest threat. Biggest threat gets priority. Shoot biggest priority with strongest item until it's dead.
Two shots should kill them. Who cares if there are other enemies to kill. Sunbreakers is the strongest. Everything else shouldn't be considered.
There should always be a super counter

Use the Nighthawk, love that thing :3

2 RepliesEdited by milesi564: 11/6/2015 4:59:07 PMTitans are meant to be the tank. So it kind of makes sense that they can survive 1 hit. Edit: If there is a nerf make it a during super they have an agility nerf since tanks aren't meant to be that fast and with that hammer in their hands how do they jump that high.

give it a crit so yeah

Unless one is fully decked in armor and has a few perks in damage mitigation i believe every ulti should be a one shot, also every ulti should be able to be one v one'd (without you having super, of course) but at this state in Destiny Sunbreaker is VERY difficult to go one v one with

9 RepliesSo what you're saying is that there should be no contest between any other Super and Golden Gun?
-
The way I see it is that golden gun is the equivalent of a nova bomb for warlocks and that striker super for Titans. However, while the other two are single, powerful attacks, golden gun is spread out into three parts. So one golden gun bullet should equate to about a third of the damage of the other two supers, which makes it logical for it to require two shots to kill sunbreakers, or else it would be three times as powerful as the other supers. I think it makes sense to keep it where it is now.

1 ReplyUhm they can kill in 1 hit if titan isn't using max armor + armor bonus for solar...
-
2 RepliesLeave the sunbreaker alone not all of us play pvp, I just created mine, and it's people like u who get it nerfed in pve
-
34 RepliesNumber of Golden Gun shots required to kill: • Striker: 2 • Defender: 2 • Sunbreaker: 2 It's pretty consistent. Before people start weeping over my stats, I remade my Hunter for PvP purpose (I main Gunslinger in PvP now). I have mained Defender, don't care if Sunbreaker ends up with a nerf. Everything is fine, stop crying cus you suck.

1 ReplyThe people who say no are still hyped about hammer of sol and want Titans to have their OPness ( because they don't have one )
-
Nerf the armor bonus by 5%. That way they can be killed by GG
-
5 RepliesEdited by contra_reality: 11/6/2015 4:36:06 PMYes, if a sunbreaker can kill a gunsinger using 1/7 of his super then there is no reason a gunslinger should require 2/3 of his super to kill the sunbreaker.
