  • Ask him to do the following: 1. Log out of the app 2. Delete the app 3. Reset the device 4. Reinstall the app 5. Check if his settings changed

  • how does the app affect the website? Just to be clear, the problem is on the computer as well as on the app. Doesn't the information go straight from psn to bungie.net and then out to the app?

    logged off and reinstalled and all that, still nothing, the outlook is seemingly grim.
