I thought you got the mission from FWC vendor? Which leads you to Earth! (After you have all the relics!)

The cult ghost is part of the no time to explain exotic quest (not sleeper simulant)

Son of a.....but still, I didn't get a quest for the simulant, just 1 day the thing fighting taken in rasputin ' s bunker showed up in the director.
