U could one hit head shot with a decent sniper but Titans running max armour throwing flaming hammers that's a different story

You still can if your good enough. Hammers are easy to get away from or snip shotgun but I still find it harder to get away from blade dances as you can' snip and if you do shotgun they normal take 2 shots or you both die so I think hammers make it even.
