T.O.M FINAL MISSION FEARS EMBRACE ONLY SHOWING UP AS 260
Been trying to finish up the T.O.M mission chain and when I get to Fear's Embrace I only get the 260 version on my map and there is no way to get the 270 version on my screen.
I have the 45 fragments when I finished the Undying Mind mission I turned in to Eris and she went dark on me, after beating a few quest chains I still got nothing...
can anyone shed some light on this issue?

Can you confirm that the character with the quest has found 45 fragments by going to the Dreadnaught in the Director. At the bottom-right there is a number out of 50 displayed, similar to Gold Chests at other locations.
