Like the other guy said, he's meaning when destiny launched but even still I'm pretty sure even now it's still possible to complete destiny within a day

All the story modes plus the quests? I don't think so.

Not all quests are story based and most of the story based ones are done with the campaign, but yeah all the story and the add-on story quests as well could be done within a day, considering
