Solution to this problem for destiny 2: sell pve and pvp as 2 separate games. They would make more money = Activision is happy. There would be no pvp vs pve community war = happy gamers.

What about people that enjoy both? I don't want to buy two games to enjoy everything.

GW1 approach, sell full game at normal price, sell pvp only for cheaper

Activision hates you and every pleyer of every game they have ever published. They like money and nothing else.

People would still look at the other game and go "hey! Why don't we have that!? Our weapons are weaker, that armor peace is better!" Blah blah blah. You can't make this community happy.
