2 RepliesThis post makes 0 sense. Firstly everything you say in the post is an actual thing. Xur does only sell a few weapons, the rest are obtained via quests. Then you go on to say xur should only sell a limited amount of guns and armor to help new players (he already does) yet you then complain he shouldnt sell a gun that you had randomly drop? Talk about contradictions. Heres what your post really says: Im bitter as fuc k that xur sold supercell so i cant act all special with it anymore. Ps. Supercell isnt even that good.

You only think that because u keep finding all these great guns by chance, but my luck sucks and have ever only found 2 guns ever by chance. I like that Xur and new quests give me an exact way to get exotics

Xur sold almost every exotic in year one within the first two months outside of Thunderlord. Ghally was sold in week 2. We are just way more aware of Xur and exotics now than we were then. It's part of the game. Embrace it. Way too much variety with weapons 2.0 to get worked up about this crap anymore. You think the gun isn't special anymore, use something else. Or better yet, go away...

Xur's stuff is at 280... engrams are random and expensive but can go up to 310. If you are missing something that seems never to drop for you and you are willing to infuse it: get it from xur. Else good luck getting that stuff.

I love getting a rare drop too but I can enjoy that with xur selling the stuff dosent change the fun of the rare drop and to be fair he dosent just sell everything at once and it's only 48 hours he even does every week. I don't think this desire for exclusive drops has anything to do with RNG at all it's just people wanting something others don't have which apparently makes it better even if luck is the only reason some of us get it and others dont

Idk I don't feel any problem with others enjoying some fun and cool exotics that you and I get from luck. I'm glad xur shows up every Friday giving some players something new to use.
