Despite me not liking Häkke at all, this still one of my three favorite exotics. People say it sucks because its exotic perk is unnoticeable, but that doesn't mean it isn't bad.

its an extremly nice auto, however iv never seen the exotic perk proc and if it did i never realised, its been tested and most say its perk doesnt work

I actually really like Häkke pulse rifles for PvE, the 4 round burst and high impact is super satisfying.

You do know that bungie said hakke pulse rifle's 4 burst is normalized against every other pulse rifle, right? As in it's doing no more or less than any other pulse rifle in the game.
