The social aspect is exactly why I'd play CoD. I fail to see how it's different.

I don't play cod and none of my friends do either, so the social aspect of cod is non existent for me. We play battlefield, 10x better than cod will ever be.
-
That's subjective. Battlefield has sucked since the end of BC2.

I've loved all of them (except hardline) it's just pure adrenaline pumping fun, and the community is so much better. My mum hasn't slept with a single battlefield player but she's apparently had the D from everyone who plays cod.

You can't judge the quality of a game based on what is truly a minority of the community. I've gotten shit from BF players in the past. I like Battlefield, but I really hated everything after BC2. The game just felt too different, and the destructible environments in 3 & 4 paled in comparison to their predecessors.

I'm not judging it by the community alone. But the gameplay, the graphics and the community are all just better on battlefield in my opinion. I love it, just big epic 64 player war zones. Btw I'm not saying cod is a bad game, I did like it once upon a time. But my feelings towards cod are similar to your feelings towards battlefield.

That's fair. But I think my lack of interest in fps games at all now has contributed to how I see BF. But to be fair, some of my best moments in gaming have been on BC2. Trying to get the bomb with friends on those last few tickets while everything around you is going to shit!
