The HoW era weapon perks are more useful than the TTK era perks. Most of the TTK perks are arguably situational.
Celestial nighthawk is my favorite hunter exotic, and it came from HoW.

PoE weapons were a joke. Trials was a lag fest, filled with cheaters. There was no endgame content.
