First of all, you warlock duck suckers clearly are XBOX ONE players considering Jade rabbit is waaaaaaay better, along with Touch of Malice (and I'm on Xbox as well). Secondly, you are literally getting a reward for holding your super back (and I don't know, actually helping the fireteam!!!) not to mention you use TLALOC as an excuse to sit on your radiance till you die instead of producing orbs when the fireteam actually needs them.
Edit 3: TO THOSE SAYING TUONELA HAS BETTER BASE STATS THAN HUNG JURY!!!

The jury has to win simply because it leaves your exotic slot open. Love my TLaloc, but I prefer to use my super as soon as it's ready so I never get the perks.

I love my full auto doom. I have had like 4 treads drip but they all drop with triple tap and some other worthless crap perk..

to all of the people talking about VoC, Have you not tried Treads Upon Stars yet? It IS VoC but without the elemental damage and only sometimes comes with full auto. As soon as you fire it you can tell its a reskinned VoC. Full auto and Firefly (or auto and crowd control like I was fortunate enough to get on one of them), and this thing tears through ads. Is it the best? No I don't think so but it is a damn good scout

VoC will forever be the best. Followed close by MIDA. Yr2 scouts can't keep up

My favorites are Touch of Malice and Jade Rabbit and Sr4 is my goto legendary. Touch of Malice is by far the best I reckon if you can master not dying.
