Without Hammor Of Sol (in its current state), what do Sunbreakers have that is cool and unique?

Nothing No shadestep, blink, extended range melee, grenades that follow you, self rez, tripmine grenade, bubble, or shoulder charge. If HoS gets nerfed the rest of the skills are going to need to be heavily modified

  • Titans finally have a subclass that can contend with the warlock and hunters but everybody is like omg what class is that they've never been able to be this good in crucible...if i got a health nerf so it could be one hit by a sniper to the dome id be fine...i main a titan

    • They have plenty of things Cauterize making you a tank Simmering flame making you a slightly worse self rez Explosive pyre giving you a CONSTANT COMBUSTION that aslong as has enemys can be endless Sun strike giving you the most versitile mid air ability in the game Sun spots the most aoe dps a class can have If you read through all of that then still tell me that sun breaker armor shouldnt be reduced by 5% - 10% ( i forget the normal armor) then, very simply, your wrong Now i play all classes and have no biased because my sunbreaker is my secondary but while useing it i feel OP

      • No just a melee that makes your damage increase sigh* your grenades are so bad, it's not like I don't get stuck by fusion grenades every day. Sunbreakers and Titans are SOOO bad. I'm depressed. Jk. Lmao.

      • Your hammer can still be a little op, it just can't be that op. If they took out the health regen then it would be alright, but at the moment you deal stupid amounts of damage into a hammer and he will get regen as soon as he one hits someone

        • How about grenade kills regen health (cauterize)? Use the ability when your super is up your other abilities regen faster. Also sunspots generate oversheilds? those are pretty unique and id say damn cool.

          • Their burn damage seemingly lasts forever. Almost guaranteed post mortem every time.

          • Let's not forget one of the most op abilities in pvp. Smoke bomb. It's ridiculous how it can blind you, deal DOT, restrict your movement to a crawl and basically guarantees your death. Now this needs a nerf just as much as hammer of sol

            • It's not gonna get nerfed into chucking peas, what is wrong with you lot? It'll still be powerful but it needs some toning down. Sunbreaker has the best grenade already in fusion grenades, you should get good with them. You can't bring bubble/self res into the topic as they're supers not basic perk lines. Sunbreakers can have the ability to regen health on grenade and melee kills and their charged melee burns longer than scorch. So I count two strong non super perks without going into the super yet. HoS with Immolation Fists can come with explosive pyre, tracking and health regen on each hammer kill. It will still be a top super.

                • An extremely useful melee that increases damage taken. Most kits suck ass without their supers, the only true exception being Striker and possibly Sunsinger.

                  All they need to do is reduce the armor by like 5% and cauterize should work like red death healing... if shot it interrupts the healing process just like red death This way the super is still really good but gives the opposition a chance to stop them if not used tactically

                    Just replace flame-seeker and cauterize with things that make SB more interesting. That'll kill 2 birds with one stone and round out the subclass.

                            • Titans are still weak in PVP compares to hunters and warlocks. I see a lot of people complaining about HoS and when I look at their stats they have really good KDs in crucible. Basically they have enjoyed running around for the last year owning every Titan that dared step into PVP. Now 2-3 times a game a solar hammer smacks em in the face killing them just before they get their 10 kill streak again!! Then we see another post on here about how it should be changed. People need to just get used to HoS. Or blam off and play another game.

                              • It has fusion grenades and regeneration with any kind of ability kill. What more can you ask for scrub? That already too much of a crutch
