If you're tired you should probably sleep. But otherwise those 5 hour energy things work pretty well. It's just concentrated B vitamins but they do the trick. College answer: Adderall

I find it impossible to sleep in a chair, so I just close my eyes and relax in my computer chair, so I can rest without dozing off.
