Seriously retarded. There is reusing old material and then there's Bungie.
What a load of lazy bollox.
Edit: the majority of Destiny players do not raid or play in fireteams. Hiding new exotic weapons behind fireteam raid requirements is a dick splash move by Bungie. There have always been Raid exclusive weapons, no issue with that but now Bungie is playing PVE fireteam requirements all over the god damn place because they are lazy. Spindle? This?
Message to Bungie: you know the figures, most of your player base don't fireteam. It's gonna bite you on your lazy ass.
Bungie:
You absolutely are going to be able to play Destiny by yourself and have the same kind of fun shooter-experience that you could have in a single-player campaign

Edit: just in case the morons who are trolling below don't realise. Most destiny players DO NOT RAID!
Get that? Understand? Excellent. Continue your trolling.. Lol

Bummer. So you don't Raid. Well the apparently small majority of us who do every week enjoy this game. There are so many avenues for people to organize Raids its almost impossible to use the excuse I couldn't find anyone. Jusy give it is a shot its the best part of the game bar none.

It was fun man, poor Atheon killed him in one teleport. Lol

If you can post this retarded bullshit on the forums, you can find a team to raid with. I have plenty of friends to play with and I still use the forums to find teams on a regular basis. Took me all of about 5 minutes to find a raid team for VoG yesterday to finish my quest. Sounds to me like you're the lazy one, not Bungie.
-
Where are your stats? You say the majority of players don't raid or play in fireteams but where is your proof?
-
Edited by Leon_Le_Lion: 10/22/2015 9:51:45 AMI like how you described forced cooperation for weapons as being "all over the place" and only provided two examples. One of which isn't even really forced.

Edited by MISTER TORGUE: 10/22/2015 9:51:58 AMlmaoooo. I was literally thinking to myself when I got this gun "can't wait till the first scrub complains about having to play vog" go to LFG and get it done. Not bungies fault you are not smart enough to raid they need to add harder quests. exotic gun for flawless raider? git gud bro edit: you have never completed a raid. are you scared to talk to people?

5 RepliesYou are correct but don't think for a second that the majority of these ass hats in the comments will say you're correct

I just want to know this, maybe just maybe now the raids are more accessible and are easier because we are over powered for it why not? Also the raids are probably the best part of destiny and the pinnacle of the game. I mean the whole point of everything but pop is to get good enough gear so you can do the raid. That's how the game was made and is the very essence of destiny

Edited by ReceleasPhoenicopterus: 10/22/2015 7:47:53 AMI don't care what anyone says, I really enjoyed running VoG again. Even with randoms it was a quick trot down memory lane and I even got the Timebreaker that I never could quite get.
-
if they made a year 2 difficulty for the raid which drops year 2 rewards of what they have, maybe, just maybe people will join in again, but an idea like that will never happen.
-
Hey OP destiny is meant to be a team based game and bungie has stated that many times.. go back to call of duty you scrub
-
Buys a multiplayer game.... cries about needing multiple players for certain things.
-
We'll if your not raiding your missing out honestly it's fun and a challenge plus vog you can easily do now it level 26 on normal and 30 on hard plus you might be able to complete it with just 4 ppl
-
You don't need to get the gun. They arnt forcing shit. That's like saying thanks bungie for forcing people to do the raid to get raid weapons. Maybe it should just be at the gunsmith where everyone can buy it. And we shouldn't be forced to kill creatures in order to get done with missions. What if we have respect for all life? There should be peaceful options to finish the game. Man bungie is pretty much a fascist state
-
I would be more mad if it was Scrotas end but VoG is awesome
-
I like vog I still run it from time to time same with Crota just something to do. Plus oryx is already boring lol.
-
what is this about?
-
Well, i had a blast play VOG again.
-
Bungie's new motto is Reduce, Reuse, Profit
-
2 RepliesIt was once and to be honest I found it nostalgic Also the quickest and easiest run ever
-
I love it. It's simultaneously getting people who haven't raided to begin thinking about it while clearly benefiting those who have been around since year one and actively participate in all that destiny has to offer. To me, refusing to raid is like getting your license and never driving.
-
Shut the fûck up, VoG's fun as hell.

This is one of the stupidest posts I've seen in my life. OP your argument about majority of players not raiding is flawed. It's a part of the game. Just because people are too lazy to form fire teams to do them is their own fault. If they want to be stubborn that's fine, you don't have to do them. Nobody is forcing it down your mouth. But if you are doing a quest, and one of the quest steps involves a raid, then it's up to you to get off your high horse and just -blam!-en do it. Who knows you might even have some fun in the process!
