Ok I have seen a lot of people saying the Shadow shot glitch is cheating and Shadow shot glitch is not cheating. So I have made a poll to figure what the community thinks.

#Destiny

6 RepliesI didn't see any Titans get banned for spam hammer. But that's just me.
-
Lol obviously it's cheating.
-
Is this poll pointless?
Yes this poll is pointless
-
Doing that glitch is cheating. Having unlimited super? I don't think that was in the game design. And should never be used in PvP, ever.
-
Edited by Icemann336: 10/19/2015 6:27:13 AMI don't abuse the glitch but... Biased poll is biased Titans being able to spam 20 hammers at once: perfectly OK with everyone bar a select group of Hunters Hunters using 4+ shots with shadowshot: UNACCEPTABLE CONDITIONS!!!! (With everyone barring the same few Hunters Logic, people, we has none!
-
If people think its cheating too use a glitch guess every who plays destiny are cheaters cos no matter what class ya use or main at some point since the game as been out you will have used a glitch soo we all need too be banned am guessing
-
I'm main a hunter and it's cheating 100%
-
3 RepliesI strictly will only use it in PvE, never PvP.
-
The poll options are a bit biased. By definition this glitch is an exploit within the game. It's not altering network activity or game code to give yourself an advantage, so it's not strictly cheating. It is, however, a massive dick move for which I continue to have to report people at least once every two IB matches -_-
-
Cheating. I use it in pve cause it's fun as fk. Using it in pvp is cheating gives the opposition no chance to win
-
I feel people shouldn't be banned for that. But it is cheating so I really don't know
-
1 ReplyThere was a guy in my strike group shadow shot glitching so his sunbreaker friend had basically infinite orbs for his hammers. I will say though that I have never beaten any boss that fast
-
Of course it is. So is playing a sunbreaker.
-
Is cheating cheating or is cheating not cheating? Good question, I'm gonna need to do some research.
-
In pvp
-
Of course its cheating other wise it would be a perk & not a glitch ,um hello ?
-
It's cheating because it's a mistake.
-
Edited by belllatrix: 10/19/2015 3:22:11 AMHunter here, Shadowshot glitch is absolutely cheating.... you know, when used.
-
Why the hell would you use shadowshot anymore in PvP? Gunslinger is the way to go in PvP because who the hell doesn't want to snipe enemies with a hand cannon made of pure solar. We were the original cause of crying noobs on the forums and it's time we reclaim that title when trials returns ;).
-
1 ReplyWhat silly Hunters don't realise amongst the idea of "OMG infernete Supre" is this; you get an infinite super, yes, but its SHADOWSHOT. Pretty sure infinite Shadowshot was one of the Circles of Hell in Dante's Inferno. Just sayin'.
-
3 RepliesHunters love there cheeses and glitchs can't wait for the day they cant use them
-
It is a bug in the system and using it exploits the bug, there fore it is technically cheating.
-
In pve who cares, it's so fun. I have not tried in pvp and will not.
-
Truth be told... i have yet to run into this glitch yet...
-
I main a Hunter. Heck, I barely play my other classes, and I do declare the Shadowshot glitch is cheating. I admit I did test out the glitch in patrol, but I would never use it to gain an advantage in PvP. I have reported people on my own team that have given me a win for doing the glitch. Using an exploit in PvP is just low.

1 ReplyA lot of people saying it's cheating and defining cheating as gaining an unfair advantage but the best way I can describe it is like using performance enhancing drugs that haven't been banned yet. Yes it's gaining an unfair advantage but it isn't actually cheating.
