Day 2 update: Just spent 150 marks upgrading my Y1 Monte Carlo, still have more marks than parts.
Edit: The fact that at least 700 people have signed this shows just how sad the situation really is.

Rigt here.i mean its stupid..weapon parts should be easily available. How long til they notice and fix? 3 months maybe like their fixes
-
Signed. They need to rethink the weapon part costs of everything they changed.
-
Well i just spent like 700 parts on facton rep so yeah
-
singed
-
yea, but it's my fault for selling 1000 to the faction guys on TTK day 1.
-
I have like 3 and every time I get a gun I have to dismantle my year 1 guns
-
Legendary Marks: 92 Weapon Parts: 5 Characters: 3 Ugh.
-
Signed for days. THE STRUGGLE IS REAL! Just make infusion not require weapon parts and it would actually be ok. You shouldn't need ten other weapons parts to be able to dismantle another weapon for its parts! That's just stupid!
-
Had 500. Traded them in for rep down to 50 cause I was getting plenty. Then the update hit. Learned my lesson.
-
Signed. They're easier go get ,too. Why can't we buy like 50 at a time for like 25 LM?
-
Yep...
-
Signed, makes me regret trading them in for Faction Rep. SMDH

-
Signed. I have less than a hundred across 3 characters. I had 6 hundred A PIECE when ttk launched. ...Mother of god. Am... am I an infusion junkie?
-
I have more Weapon Parts than Legendary Marks, but.. not by much.

Edited by Dooodley: 10/18/2015 8:46:00 AMSigned. And you know Bungie will use this as an excuse to also nerf legendary marks , right? Surely they must be dropping too frequently if they outnumber weapon parts. Let's compile a list of all the shit they have nerfed lately: * Coins - also indirectly by selling legacy engrams for 31 coins O_o *Weapon parts *IB drops *Patrol rep (faction rep in general really) *Bounty rep (see above) *NF rep *NF buff *NF rewards *Weekly rep *Glmmer from majors when you're not wearing a corresponding glimmer ghost *Glimmer in parts of strikes (this might be a bug) *Engram rep *Materials from ghost extractor * On top of the exotic engram lockout I'm convinced that they also reduced the drop rate by 50 % (based on 100-200 ToCs) I'm still trying to figure out what all these nerfs were intended for? In my expereince these were only QoL things that made it more fun to play. i didnt play less because of them, on the contrary I probably spent more time in the game - because I was rewarded for it. So these changes are a direct contradicion to previous statements from Bungie, statements where the told us that time in the game would be rewarded. Here's the thing, Bungie, with all your diminishing returns - which you seemingly think is adding longetivity - we're probably getting off sooner. It's simply not worth the extra time. Why spend 3 hours doing extra stuff when in the end you only have 50 % more than you would have had from just doing the daily?
