Year 2 ballerhorn is under test, un nerfed in all its glory.
You pick it up from tess for free! Desticles will luv this, no level requirement.
However instead of using heavy ammo, it consumes silver. Right now bungievision is testing what price point(silver consumption) is correct per rocket. Bungie is genius
