In reality it's around 1Gb. Mine stated 18.xx aswell but started at 17something.

I'm at the "Preparing for Download" stage. Its never taken longer than 10 minutes and am barely at 89%. Ugh.

I was having the same problem. I restarted my console and then it fixed somehow and skipped to 17.9 gb done.

Like myself, its not starting at 17 gbs for some people. I previously installed taken king a month ago, but today's update is starting me over again at 0. It's broken.

5 RepliesGeeze people pay closer attention. It is NOT.. NOT a 18 gig download. It's around 500 Megs. It adds onto the 17.6 you already have. It's a few minutes to download the newest patch.

3 RepliesThe big number is how big the total game is, if you notice, most of that bar is filled up already. It's just that Sony has a really weird way of showing you how large a download file is.

It adds to previous update files, that's why the file size seems large when it isn't.

Literally just posted this... I'm like wtf too... They must be adding a shit ton of stuff under the hood or future DLC or something... Cuz 18 gigs is -blam!-ing huge.
