So... What happened to the Traveler's light after the black garden?
I thought he was coming back to life after the destruction of the black garden. Absolutely nothing since then. It's been a year! Explain bungee!

Another theory, which is entirely speculation, is that the traveler is just a cosmic computer creating simulations much like the vex, and we the guardians don't really "exist" hence why we need "ghosts" and thus why Rasputin never attempts to communicate with us. Also why we were able to defeat atheon and the times conflux, we don't really exist, the vex couldn't calculate us into the simulation.

2 Replies2 things. 1. They say that the traveler can start to heal. Not suddenly be healthy and awake again. 2. Destiny has a very in depth and complex story, but it's all in the grimoire.
