Brother got reset for no reason
Hello Bungie employee(s), My brother and I are very active and avid Destiny players but he got all of his stats reset for absolutely no reason. I would like for a Bungie employee to explain to me the policy of reseting individuals because i know for a fact that my brother did nothing to deserve being reset. He is an 11 year old with apraxia and social disabilities and uses Destiny as a large majority of his social outlet so him getting reset has really upset him which upsets me that Bungie has the audacity to reset someone that has done absolutely nothing to deserve it. It would be greatly appreciated if the employees at Bungie would give my brother all of his hard earned stuff back. I hope we can resolve this issue so that my family continues to spend our money on Bungie made products. Thank you and have a great day Bungie Employee(s).

Also, Bungie does not automatically reduce players stats without cause nor discuss reasons for doing so. I hope he is able to continue playing.
