I know there have been a lot of threads about Sleeper Simulant and how it doesn't live up to everyone's expectations. I happen to like it so far, but I do believe something is missing. Not overly worried about ammo, or seeking, I have something else in mind:
It is about making ricochet viable and actually useful:
When you start charging Sleeper, the gun should show a faint line that previews the ricochet path. While it's charging, if you move and aim, the path will obviously update in realtime to communicate to you where the ricochets will go upon firing.
This change would not make the gun OP in anyway, because I am not suggesting any changes to damage, ammo, charge time, etc. All it does is allows a skilled hand to potentially get multikils by maneuvering while charging to get an optimal shot off. Achieving multikills becomes a result of high skill as opposed to as a result of luck.

I think it would still need more ammo since I don't use heavies with that little ammo on anything but ultras and big majors.
