Which class will be most effective in Hard Mode KF Raid?
Titans may be the most useful, as their bubbles offer protection, and team-centered buffs that can really help.
I'd say that Warlocks are a close runner-up, as Warlocks (both of the other Hard Raids) are always useful. Besides, you would honestly look really stupid to argue that Self-Res is dumb, as being prepared is [i][b]not[/b][/i] a function of stupidity. Edit:
Yes, you have to hold onto your Self-Res, but the upside to it?... Remember MIDA? Now you have Tlaloc.
And Hunters?...
Not sure how they can [i][b]really[/b][/i] help, but shit, they are [i][b]not[/b][/i] bad assets, but I can't see any use for them in the Hard Raid... Yet.
Gettin' real tired of the classist bullshit.
I'm not sure why people think I said that Hunters are useless...

Self-res has always been great in HM raids. Bubble is good. Shadowshot is good. All classes have their time to shine.

18 RepliesThe fact is people die in raids. They just do. Everyone on here can go on about how they don't die so blah blah blah. At some point in the raid someone will die, it might not be you but it will happen. And in a raid where one less person almost certainly means a wipe, you're going to hope whoever died happened to be a sunsinger. When a sunsinger inevitably dies in the raid and comes back, everyone is going to be relieved and continue on as normal. When a titan or hunter dies in the raid, and they will at some point, all you're going to hear over the mic is "wipe, everyone it's a wipe"

Each one is crutched by the other and stronger because of the other one, golgoroth for example, the Titan bubble is crucial, but how do you continuously pop it? The storm caller clears adds and feeds the bubble, as well as the hunters tether, a well rounded team and communication can make a 4 hour run about 45 minutes.

Warlocks will still be useless. To all the salty warlocks: Fire born isn't gonna save you from a full gologroth tablet or failing wiping at daughters or oryx It's not gonna be helpful at all really in this raid

With the new subclasses I feel like hunters would be more useful than a warlock who can revive himself... A void hunters super has insane support whether you use it to get more damage on a boss or to clear out mass adds.. I don't see what a warlock could offer that helps the team... Hunters also have their smoke grenades now that have their place but are nice to have. Just my opinion on the matter.. I still think Titans are top because they have a bubble and a dmg buff all in one super. But I'm extremely happy with the amount of support hunters have now

Titan. Weapons of Light is the most useful super in the raid.

They all seem pretty good. The emphasis seems to be more on mechanics and not shooting stuff. I rarely used my super. Hard mode might be a different story. I feel like normal was just to learn the mechanics.

8 RepliesSo I just want to point out that shadowshot, weapons of light, and melting point stack to do massive damage to an enemy(golgoroth specifically) with those three buffs Titans and hunter will be really important warlocks on the other hand will just be able to survive due to self Rez. The nightstalker subclass is extremely helpful

3 RepliesHonestly if I had to pick a Hunter's tether over a titans weapon of light, I'll pick the the hunter every time. I have never liked the bubbles. The fact you have to run in and out is just troublesome, and not as easy to maintain. I'll continue running my warlock which I have no problem not dying, and popping my super to make orbs, I can make double (in the right situation triple) the amount orbs I could create with nova bomb, Stormcaller, golden gun, fist of havoc, ward of dawn, and maybe even bladedancer. Hammer of Sol with right perks can kinda Orb that shit up, and Hunter tether, oh em gee the orbs! Lolol [b]Main point, Warlocks are the bomb, Hunters are the bomb, Titans are the bomb, [i][u]but it's all about the person with the controller!!!![/u][/i][/b]

2 RepliesMy dream team would be a sunsinger warlock for self rez and area denial, a storm caller warlock for clearing ads, a defender titan for weapons of light and protection, sunbreakers titan for clearing ads and area denial, a night stalker for orbs all day and increase of damage on bosses, and finally a blade dancer for going invisible is useful in so many ways and of course the oh so important clearing of the ads.

Sunsinger 5. Stormcaller 6. Blade dancer 7. Golden gun 8/9. Voidwalker/Striker (depends if your using it for protection or attack)
