looks like void is most popularly voted as the Worst Exotic Sword. Congratulations!
I can understand where people voting for void as the Worst Exotic Sword are coming from, it's for "crowd control" which can easily be done with a grenade/super/firefly perk/etc. So it probably is the most redundant sword of all three.

3 RepliesI don't see the appeal of the arc one. Void is best for clearing adds, then switch to a rocket launcher for bosses, or stay on voidsword for adds and snipe boss. Solar is the best single target dps. I guess arc would be helpful if you needed a shotgun in your load out, but also some range burst?

Arc - Good for range but doesn't do as much damage as the others. Most unique but I guess least effective for PVE. Void - Best in add control because of the vortex thing. Solar - Best in single target damage. I did the T3 court of oryx with the wizard and took her down in like 4 hits.

Depends on what we're talking about. Are you killing a group of thralls/dregs/acolytes, you get the point, or are you trying to kill that major/ultra 1 to a couple blows? Or are you trying to damage a boss without getting in melee range so you don't agent k waste ammo blocking? My point is all three swords have there uses, and two of them will always be worse than one depending on the situation.

Raze Lighter is the shortest, Bolt Castor is the longest, and Dark Drinker is the biggest. Badassery is measured by the size of your sword. Check it.

Raze Lighter in PvP is pretty fun. Gives no craps about armor on anything, not even a Fist of Havoc.

10 RepliesDepends on the situation. Arc is not good for PVE. It just doesn't compare damage wise. Void is kinda the happy median vs Solar, as it can hit multiple targets, and also do good single target DPS. Solar is the king of Single target DPS, but is limited to one target, and is bad in PVP.

That's the problem, the swords are all amazing and have their place. Solar does the best damage to a single enemy, void was best for multiple crowds of adds, and arc is a beast in crucible or long range attacks. They all have their place and all can survive over soul so I don't see any being the worst
