Where on cosmodrome will it drop?

Warsat drops in either mothyards or skywatch. It is the only event in skywatch, every 40 min. In mothyards, it is one of three possible and every 25 min

I did and one of the events didn't even show up. Had to go to Orbit and re-enter to actually work... weird
