Year 1 weapons in PvP
Releasing TTK with most y1 exotics was supposed to bring players to use the new weapons to their advantage. Step into the crucible and watch as someone abusing a y1 weapon with 230 light comes and shits on your chest. Please release iron banner so I can teabag all the crutch players who won't have high enough light to damage 307. Or trials. Some that that will punish anyone dumb enough to try to crutch a y1 weapon. It's year 2, not 1. Please learn to adapt and not rely on the weapons and rely on your skill.

8 RepliesStop crying about it. It's not that they are being used as a crutch its more that the regular crucible is the only place that these guns can even be used anymore. We spent months collecting and earning these guns, we want to use them. We like them. That's why we kept them. A lot of time went into these y1 guns. And no one is going to be bringing y1 guns to iron banner so good luck finding someone to t-bag. I use both y1 and y2 guns. But I'm not stupid, I will be bringing my best y2 into iron banner.

5 Repliesyear 1 weapons are still useful and fun in crucible, but iron banner will shit on yr one weapons as level advantages are enabled. if you cant beat em, join em. I personally still wreck with my bad juju yr 1 in crucible, or hard light post buff

6 RepliesWell why do you not have diversity? what is stopping you from using them yourself? As long as you have fun you should be allowed to do whatever youd like. If they wanted to take out year 1 weapons altogether and make them useless, they would. Yet it is much better to be able to grab my icebreaker and destroy with it, even if I cant use it in pve anymore. Iron banner will be different because of level caps but let people have fun, dont rain on their parades and get their favorite weapons nerfed.
