I would think defiance because of the cacoon perk. Do it right and no reloading

So many people believe impact is the only stat that matters, I use both. Honestly, I prefer the Defiance because cocoon is WAY more helpful than you'd think.

I would say Defiance or 1000 yard stare as the range on the Stillpiercer is abysmal for a sniper

Why not include the 1000 yard stare? Major impact, quick reload, and if you have a stability perk it's even more of a beast.

Cocoon is so useful paired with the raid LMG switch shoot switch shoot no reloading max dps if you also have a Raid primary as a back up

I'm yet to get the raid sniper to drop, so I use Stillpiercer in order to use ToM as well, as I prefer ToM to Black Spindle for Oryx

Stillpiercer has more impact I use Yard Stare which is 308 and has same impact as stillpiercer. Stillpiercer is better than Yard Stare but the Stillpiercer is hunter exclusive so im not going to max it out

I like the raid one, but it's Black Spindle or nothing for me. Either that, or infuse it into my 1000.
