Caydes stash cards?!
Hi Everyone, first post iv done. So let's begin.
I have in the past came across this secret "stash" room that cayde keeps his "exotics" on Cayde-6 Stash mission, today's daily heroic
Iv found 3 cards so far. The Queen of hearts, and 2 jack of spades. Has anyone found the diamond or club cards? What do they do? Discuss!!

1 ReplyIt's a hint to the ACE OF SPADES I am guessing. As there is just one card to the Royal Flush needed, the highest: Ace of Spades. And Cayde is the hunter guy and it's a class specific hunter exotic. Anyone else agrees?

7 RepliesDon't know if this helps but if you jump up right above the stealth drive, you can scan a pod on the wall. Looks kinda like a Ferris wheel ha. Says there's a guardian of exceptional light in it.

3 RepliesDid you notice on that mission the part where you scan the breaker box for the bridge there's a room under it that you can't get into the one with the debris and dead fallen in the doorway, if you peek into that room you can see some kind of golden egg thing what's up with that?

And Cayde was talking about a girl! I think it must be The Exo Stranger. While Cayde was saying about cards, he told that heart was for that girl i knew.

Weirdest thing about it is that he mentions "Exotics" and Hakke. Which doesn't make sense, seeing as the only Hakke-frame Exotic is the Fabian Strategy, which is a TITAN gun....

Just did the Caydes Stash mission on easy (not a daily). Everything that everyone has been saying about it, happened to me on easy. So I believe that the whole cards thing is just a side lore easter egg meant to spice things up. The first card (Queen of Spades) is right where the mission makes you look. The second card (Jack of Spades) is right before where the mission makes you walk (in his stash room). The last card (Jack of Spades) is right next to the stealth drive. Again, where the mission makes you look. It's just part of the mission's lore.

3 RepliesEdited by Jamdaski: 10/3/2015 11:13:21 AMThe first card is invisible secret stash room just before you go up the teleporting room, it's a vent in the ceiling you need to shoot and go in, it opens up dialogue and a card to scan. I then found the Queen of hearts card at the bridge you need to climb over, it's just when you come out the elevator on the console in front. The last one I found was after you kill the Echo, it's right next to the container you need to scan with your ghost. None of the other cards scan except the one in his secret room. strange!!

1 Replyits a queen of spades and 2 jack of spades there no hearts. which means the exotic is a hakke. i think i figured it out but i havent tested my theorys yet i will let anyone know if it works. i noticed something unique about one of the cards. ill let you guys know whats up.

2 Repliestheres the queen of spades on the glowing computer when you pull out your ghost...unscannable..then theres a jack of spades in the vent room that you are able to scan...wheres the other jack?? can't find the other cards...there is something here..this is another repeated daily...think they keep giving us repeated dailys, cuz we havent found the secret yet lol...btw we killed shadow of echo and spawned down below after killing ourselves to investigate further..there is a vault door that is closed. i think the secret stash is in there...

13 RepliesSo my 3 man team are in the 4th run of this mission this morning, and every time after we kill the echo at the end 2 of us are able to jump off the side of the platform and are respawned down the tower, one of us is always respawned right next to the first playing card found (at the broken bridge controls) and the 2nd is respawned at the entrance to the stash room (the vent you shoot out). We feel like once cayde's dialogue tells our ghost the frequency of his camouflage to get the cloaking device, the other two peoples ghosts should be able to decloak other hidden stashes; presumably near these respawn points. So far no luck, scanning the cards doesn't work and theres no scannable objects near the broken bridge controls it seems. But the respawning us in those locations is some funny business, and it doesn't allow the 3rd person to respawn below, only 2 of us, like the game is splitting us up on purpose.
