did not get warlock CE items
I purchased the CE bundle, my Titan and Hunter got their CE items in the mail, but my warlock did not. I'm guessing it's because I created a warlock, wasn't happy with how he looked and remade him. the items must have been mailed to that original character then never reappeared.
anything I can do to fix that?

So it looks like the emote is in the kiosk, the warlock bond is buyable, but the warlock shader is missing from its kiosk, I only see the sulfur burnish for my titan, nebula glow for hunter and suros from that promotion.

I received my pre-order gifts for TTK for the first character that I logged into of the 3 that I have. As for the other 2, I have been out of luck in receiving these gifts. My friends have received theirs for all of their characters. This is a bad bug and should be fixed asap for long-time players at least.
