Didn't receive reach lv 40 quest
The other day, I was talking to my friend and I was saying how not having an artifact was holding my light level back. He said that you receive one from reaching level 40 with a quest. I never got this quest and I just got my Titan up and got it for her. I believe you receive a shader called surf breaker but I may be wrong. It seems that the quest is the only way to obtain it so I would really like some help. Thanks.

3 RepliesIf you didnt hand in the quest for reaching lvl 30 before reaching level 40, the quest doesnt trigger. As for surfbreaker, I belive its a shader obtained when you hit lvl40 with a warlock
