Here's another helpful hint. You have until the transmission ends before the timer starts. Start clearing the first taken threats as soon as you get into the first room (this is where the transmission starts playing). You should be able to kill most of them (if you have supers) before the timer even starts. The bubbles go down pretty quick if you focus a super on them as well. This is just a little tip, good luck
