Legend of the "Class" Quests Glitched
I have a level 40 character of each class type. On all three of my characters the quest line Legend of the "Insert Class Here" ended when completing the reach level 30 step. This has prevented me from getting the artifact rewards and shaders that come with completing the quest line by reaching level 40. It is not under my abandoned quests, and my friends have had the quest line continue after the level 30 requirement and received artifacts and shaders "Mercurial Dawn, Surfbreaker, and Iris Germanica", which I am unable to obtain. Please help

I'm more curious as to why "surfbreaker" is a legendary shader while the other 2 are rare.

My friend received the Surfbreaker shader on his Warlock and after searching online I found that I was supposed to have received one for a Hunter. I'm yet to receive one and I recall my "Legend of the Hunter" quest ending at level 30. This needs fixing >:( Edit: I didn't pick up this quest on my Hunter until I was already level 40. My Warlock has this quest line and is level 35 with the quest to get to 40 for a shader. As for my Titan, well, they're only level 21.
